I can this behavior confirm as partly fixed: Deleting a folder with messages in it removes the corresponding folder on the harddrive. This is fine so far. But if it is a folder with no messages in it the folder is only deleted in The Bat but still exists on the harddrive. Deleting virtual folders also keeps the corresponding folder on the harddisk. With Shift + Ctrl + Alt + L they reappear as real folders, deleting them does not delete them from the harddisk.
