No, not quite Marck. The 1.0.4-1.zip file is the full Program that must be
placed in C:\GnuPG, whereas gnupg-w32-1.0.4-2idea.zip contains only the
updated pgp.exe executable that should be placed in C:\GnuPG and allowed
to overwrite the original.
