On laptop it freezes sometimes for 3-10 seconds. Noticed it last night ; mostly using a client on my desktop computer. Happened every time when I restored DB from TBK ; after restored frozen for about 20-25s (after that just random slow downs from time to time (3-10s)). Happens on v5 and v4 as well.
