There's loads of applications, incl. TB with its QTs, giving the user
semi-automated text, like PowerPro macros or ClipMate.

While TB's own QT have a lot more power than the original poster wants
to use, the same is true of most of clipboard extenders and text
exploders. Personally I don't see why one shouldn't simply use TB's
existing functionality. For instance

[email protected]

This is one line in a QT, inserted by typing 'Mail', then hitting
<Strg>+<Blank>; I could've done the same by typing <.>+<mail>, which
invokes a PowerPro macro. The difference being one keystroke [and a
strange problem with dots, my keyboard and Windows].

In short: The feature requested already exists within TB.
