 Can be selected here. No problem.
 I think it's a WAD (works as designed)
 TB thinks it's a quote due to the > sign.
 Probably  the  >  sign doesn't exceed the number of characters you've
 configured in:
 Options -> Preferences -> Editor preferences -> Quote name limit
 I had that set as 20 and I couldn't select your text, I changed it to
 1  (had  to  close  and  restart TB to get it to kick in) and I could
 select it.
