I have had many problems with this since the rewrite. One of the biggest problems involves the updating of the ticker to reflect the results of filter actions. IMAP messages that have been seen in the inbox, loaded into the ticker and then finally filtered to a destination folder by an incoming message filter often (but not always) results in the unread message being shown in the correct destination folder but a ghost of the original message is still shown as present in the inbox. Sometimes this ghost message will disappear when focused. At other times, (as would sort of be expected) TB struggles to make sense of a message that doesn't really exist. At other times, the message appears with its list entry in a strike-through font.
