THANKS for that! I will do everything (OK, not every ;) to help and
find out that problem.
If needed i can setup a testmailaccount to help. Yesterday i try to
delete all old filters, unselect Spam-Plugin (Regula) and setup one
new filter but that doesent work.
Days before i try to install on a seperate computer with the latest
*msi (dont no what version that was, sorry) but that dosent help :-(.
My brand new filter from yesterday what dosent work. Mailadress and
account ist for that copy blanked with some datas.

If its right what you think about that problem. What solution can be
solve that problem?
Intall all new from scratch? Could be a problem, if you import the old
database i guess these filters are inside that.
