Hello Tbbeta,

I  have  set  one  message  templates  to  be  all Arial font. When 
composing an HTML email, it starts in Arial but if you move around 
the email, the font changes back to Courier.

This  has been bugging me for absolutely years so it's not the latest 
version nor anything new.

It seems impossible to create a template that does not revert to
Courier and at some place in the message despite the fact that Courier 
is not mentioned in the template.

There is also an unclosed <span> at the end.
