FWIW, both this MSI and the previous one triggered a
message box that looked something like this:

|folder containing the installation package            |

(I didn't show the buttons or the image icon )

What I find interesting is that the last several MSI
files I used were:

  4.2.42
  4.2.44
  5.0.8
  (uninstall 5.0.8)
  4.2.44
  5.0.36
  5.1.0 (this one)

So it seems rather odd that it is complaining about
the 4.0.16.2 MSI.  Also, it is complaining about it
being missing from a NETWORK RESOURCE, but I have
always downloaded and installed from my boot drive,
which is definitely NOT a network drive.
