Unfortunately, GnuPG Users does not include a Reply-To header, which is
why I *have* to use a Folder level template to reply to the List. :o(

However, Allie's reply to this thread prompted me to search and find some
obscure header that was unique to GnuPG Users. I have done that, and now
filter off of that header with the result that Cc'd messages go to my
Inbox, and List messages to the List.
