IMAP Flagging and Parking not remembered

I am confirming that this is an IMAP issue "only". re: Filtering - I
do not see this as an option for me.
Can those with IMAP give this issue a try and see if Parking and
Flagging is not sticking? I would appreciate so we can file a bug on
that.
