You must use Google Apps. http://www.google.com/enterprise/apps/business/ (just sign in, and use the free services ("only" 10 email addresses, and "only" 7 GB mailbox size). You must have access to you DNS records. I found very easily many tutorials in french, I recommend you to search for "use gmail with my domain" in spanish. (sorry for the "Google it" answer !)
