Hello Tbbeta, What I do in my main account every three months is create a new folder (this time "2012 Q2") and move all messages for that quarter there for archiving purposes.
With an average of 150-200 message per day, many of them having attachments, that usually takes a while. No problem. This time, there was no dialog saying "Moving messages". Hm, I first thought nothing was happening. I could still work in other folders, which was nice (TB! used to be totally blocked while moving messages). After a while, I got back and found that the messages had actually been moved. Good. I hit "Purge and Compress", which showed an appropriate dialog. Alas, the deleted messages where still shown in the message list, albeit with strike-out font. I switched to another folder and back, and to my relief, they were now gone. OK, a little glitch in updating the view, I hope this can be fixed easily. But now, all folders show deleted message in strike-out font! Now, that is a bit anniying. I cannot rule out that I hit a keyboard shortcut but would appreciate a way to not see the deleted messages. -- Cheers, Thomas. http://thomas.fernandez.hat-gar-keine-homepage.de/ Message reply created with The Bat! 5.1.6.7 under Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 3 ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 5.1.6.7 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
