Great, thanks for the tip! I've been out of new versions for too long, 
so I forgot about that new selection.

After I set this back to "TheBat viever" (apparently defaults to IE,
even on update installations), all is as it used to be: The "always
broken" message is now being displayed crookedly as ever, and the good
one is displayed correctly again.
