You have to be a bit more specific and provide more information. Do you
get it when you have focus on the preview pane, on the folder pane,
where?
Ctrl+Space is the shortcut to execute QTs while you are in editor. For
example, I have two QTs to change language, BR and SP. So, if I want to
change to Spanish I type QT followed by Ctrl+Space and the language is
changed to Spanish.
Now, as I have just verified, if I just type Ctrl+Space following
(after) a space or at the beginning of a line, I DO get the same Acces
Violation as you do:

But it doesn't seem to have any effect at all after clicking OK.
