I don't quite understand what you mean by that. Example: To create a new message you can use F5 or Ctrl + N. Both are working. I added a third Shortcut via Customizer (Main Form / Main Menu / Message / New) Shift + Ctrl + N and it's working, too. Did I misunderstand something?
