this  still  seems  like  a  bug  to  me, and I still can't delete the
folders.  I  was  hoping it it wasn't a bug, someone could suggest the
proper  way  to  delete  the  folders,  offer  a work around or either
confirm it's a bug or report they couldn't replicate the problem.
