I made similar experiences thought only by looking at my memory
behavior. When I start TB! (on 32-bit w7) I am at about 50 MB. But as
I work and handle TB! it can rise up to 150 MB and sometimes more. I
then have to close it and restart it as then even windows performance
seems to drop.
