"cannot confirm" means Settings are "Use MAPI protocol", clicking "Send", in
the status-field a "EMail usccessfully sent! Press ESC to exit" appears and
the outbox of my TB-main-account has a new message. No CC yet until this
point, maybe because I've no immediate sending ?!

OK ... tested it with "Send immediately" ... it hangs ... mean: a task is in
the CC-queue, it cannot be deleted or aborted, I can still look around in TB!,
read mails, etc ... but I cannot close it (the normal way!). I still can send
other messages, receive messages (account-checking still works), and the
messages I do send from within TB are queued and sended, while the task from
MAPI-sending is still in queue and nothing happens to him without counting
"Elapsed-Time" ...
OK .. so you're right, but until it is fixed you maybe should switch to
deferred sending?
