I disagree.
The setting should be possible both in the individual account and in a global
overview whose primary function would be -- the overview, and allowing to set
and clear the "use this account while fetching mail from all accounts".
But on creating a new account, I want to have the capability to set or clear
if this account should be checked by the ALT-F2 key combination.
