The problem it's the customization. When we recover a backup or a copy of TBUSER.EEF or TBUSER.DEF this problem appears alsways. As you said this bug it's there from a lot of years ago. If you don't use On the Fly Encryption (OTFE) you can edit manually your TBUSER.DEF and remove the icons you don't need. I suggest you to do a backup before editing it. Unlike this, if you're using OTFE you cannot edit this file because it's encrypted. I asked several years ago to allow us to save the TBUSER.EEF to an unencrypted version, to allow us edit it and leave it another time on the user folder. TB! should encrypt it on the next boot, if the DEF it's present but not the EEF file.
