BUG: with Links in plain text mail
1. Set MicroEd to display Rich-Text/HTML Viewer
2. Receive a mail with text link in < > like
   <https://exampple.org/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=12341233add2&login=test1>
3. It is shown as
   <https://exampple.org/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=12341233add2&login=test1>;
   and the resulting URL is wrong
   
https://exampple.org/wp-login.php?action=rp&amp;key=12341233add2&amp;login=test1&gt
