Two more things: * The toolbar "Plain Text Formatting" is not hidden when HTML-Editor is selected. So there are duplicated icons change in case and emoticons (they all work BTW, but they are not necessary). * There is still an empty toolbar and the duplication issue in template editor (folder, account and contact templates and in quick template editor).
