Not true here. See version tag after 8-4.msi install. Splash screen agrees.
Ok, here's what I saw. I got v 4 64 bit when I first downloaded. The
installer version id window agreed with that.
And the About Window in TB now running agrees. This is v 4.
Now, when I go back, the 32 bit link gets the v3 installer.
And the 64 bit link gets v 4. But this could actually install v 3 now. I
haven't tried that.
Downloads could be different in different parts of the world? Southern Canada
here.

It is only the 32 bit installer that needs the update. The 64 bit is ok.
