It doesn't copy the highlighted text from the message being replied to into the reply message.
Or this is some other effect after having restarted my PC this morning.
Neither the templates for reply and new message are applied. That's why this message is so bare.

I can confirm lost all templates and replied to text on the 8.7.0.12 x64 I have reverted to 8.7.0.11 x64 which is fine.
