I tried out 8.8.2.5, mostly to see if it is worth upgrading vom TB v6, and
noticed one serious issue:
When a flagged e-mail in the INBOX (Gmail in my case) gets unflagged by another
client while TB 8 is not running, TB8 will keep it as flagged and not realize
the status change.
Example: I have a message from two weeks ago. On another email client (for
example TB6 an a different computer, or K9 on my Android) I unflag that e-mail.
Then i start TB8 again and the e-mail is still flagged! I can't even unflag it
there, the flag just stays or keeps coming back. Only way to have TB8 notice
the status update is by parking it, only then it gets that the message is not
flagged on the IMAP server anymore.
With TB6 everything works perfectly, TB6 recognizes, for example, when I unflag
a message on TB8 or K9.
Reproducable over and over again here.
