Hello TB! Users,
I've been having problems with crashing and hangs for the last few
v9.2.x versions.
It starts with some accounts not receiving new mails. The log bar at
the bottom of the screen just says "Disconnecting..." No other log
messages appear after then. Trying Connect to Server or Disconnect
from Server does not work. In some cases, the account has been
"Disconnecting..." for over 12 hours until I notice it.
If I then attempt to close TB the maintenance process also hangs. If I
cancel this, I get a rapidly cascading series of error messages
(approximately 1 per second) until I terminate TB using the task
manager.
These errors always appear to have the same message:
Access violation at address 00000000019F1BAB in module
'thebast64.exe'. Read of address 00000000000000000
Runtime error 231 at 000000000041138E
Anyone else?
The two attached screenshots show the log leading up to the hang on one account and then the cascading error message boxes showing the above messages.
