Crashes at windows start with message. But after replacing ini with old bak -
starts correctly (but crashes on next system load). May be TheBat analyze
loading plugins delay and if it starts more than N seconds delete config. At
windows start, Antispamsniper loads slowly, because a lot of other apps starts.
This is not a good idea to check loading time.
