- Find out where your Message Base (Mail directory) is located. Look in Options/Preferences/System. - Using Windows Explorer look into the Mail Directory, you should have a folder per each of the accounts you use plus a few others. - Inside the Account folder, you should see the folders you see in TB folder tree. - Each of these folders should include two files. One is called MESSAGES.TBB and that contains the actual messages. And a MESSAGES.TBN index file. Any other files will probably be old Index files. Feel free to delete them.
