Where do you start TB! from?

I have three places:

       1. TB!'s real executable in its main directory (I usually don't use it
       to start TB!.

       2. The Windows start menu (which I sometimes use, when I've
       opened lots of windows).

       3. A folder on my desktop containing (like the start menu) a
link to the executable. This I call my link folder; I don't use
real files on my desktop, only LNK files. From here I normally
start TB! and it is here that the ABD's of address books I have
disabled come up, even when I deleted them.

BTW, recently I wrote a mail to the list concerning the known AB file
bug (fixed by Stefan), where I pointed out that the infamous INI's
were created from where you start TB!. Looks like we have the bug
again with other files.
