Here's one thing that's annoyed me ever since the switch to CEF for HTML messages: the scrollbar doesn't have up/down buttons at the top and bottom, so it's impossible to scroll just 1 line with a mouseclick. Another annoyance is that spacebar scrolling scrolls exactly 1 viewport height, meaning if there's a partially visible line of text at the bottom of the window, the same line will be partially visible at the top after scrolling (which makes spacebar scrolling rather unusable).
