Hello Stefan, hello list, what i miss is a Autodiscover/Autoconfig feature which detects the server domain, port and tls protocol.
Autodiscover by HTTP mail clients: - Outlook sends a POST HTTP request to https://<domain>/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml - Thunderbird sends a GET HTTP request to https://<domain>/mail/config-v1.1.xml?emailaddress=<address> (or https://<domain>/.well-known/autoconfig/mail/config-v1.1.xml?emailaddress=<address>) Autodiscover by DNS uses: a SRV record _autodiscover._tcp.your-domain.com -- Regards Gwen Using The Bat!
