I don't think it's TB!s work to duplicate a folder structure (although
it might be very comfortable :-))) ).
If you need to copy/paste a filter-rule more than one time, try to
paste it after copying into a text editor, there you could easily
change the folder path (in your case simply the account), copy it from
the text editor and THEN paste it into the new account. This does not
create the folder, but prevents you from manually changing the folder
within TB! filter office :-) and offers the ability to copy it to many
accounts by simply changing in the text editor and copy from there to
filter office :-)
