I think the problem lies in the fact, that the message isn't saved when
putting it in the outbox. I just checked, and I am asked the same thing
when the message status is 'modified'. But when I wait for the autosave
to take place before putting the message to the outbox, the message is
not 'modified' and therefore TB! doesn't want to save it.

It's definitely a bug, but it should be easy to fix. TB! just has to
change the status to 'unmodified' when sending to outbox before actually
closing the message edit window.
