Sorry, is not possible. We got these information by Mail at work when
we asked Microsoft about Support of the Euro sign. After that all
Win95 were updated to Win98 with Patch and we installed Patches for
WinNT. Try searching for Euro sign at MS Knowledge Base, than you will
get the Links.
