Hello Allie, On Friday, November 09, 2001 at 1:01:57 PM you wrote (at least in part):

For something I'm meanwhile looking for too :-((( I wrote the bug-report after intensive testing, checking, evaluating. After that I wanted to make some screenshots for clarification and for uploading them to new bug-tracking system and it worked like it should. The misbehavior can not be reproduced any more :-( I've not changed _anything_, did not close TB! or did something else but message-reading and tree collapsing/expanding .. suddenly it works again ... An _absolute_ mystery to me but as soon as I'm able to reproduce it I'll try to evaluate under what circumstances it happens. Spoken for Delphi-Developers: It seems like the instance of class "TMLVGrid" used for account/folder tree executed something like an event-handler-routine for event 'OnCollapsing' or 'OnCollapsed' to re-evaluate select/focus states and was temporarily mislead by any (temporarily?) race condition ... As I'm not able to run a full debugging session I can't tell mote at the moment but I'll have a look at it and try my best to pin it down :-) -- Regards Peter Palmreuther mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (The Bat! v1.54/10 on Windows NT 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 2) How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?
