Changes/Fixes:
[-] Extra Common folders were added
[*] Oldest messages are used as thread roots for threading by
subject/from/to
[-] Most of attachments with contents-type containing "text/" were not
displayed on the attachments pane
[-] Some bugs with starting The Bat! using shell commands
[-] Fixed some more scroll wheel problems
[-] Some bugs with HTML display
