I found the problem on my two Systems to be the resulting dialogue box when you hit the "Cancel" button, or even if you make a change and hit the "Ok" button... hides itself behind the main SB! screen but it is the active screen and with it being hidden and no tab on the Task Bar to indicate it's there, there is no way to get to it. Once in a while I'm able to either right click the Task Bar, or right click the 'minimise' button, or something obscure like that and the window pops up allowing me to close the window and keep working with either TB! or SB!.
