No, this is *NOT* true! I'm using IMAP on a LAN at work right now (100mbit ethernet) (although I also access this same account from a dialup when I'm at home), and I still have this problem on *both* LAN and dialup. My IMAP server is: * OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4REV1 LOGIN-REFERRALS AUTH=LOGIN] mailbox IMAP4rev1 2001.309 For me, it only locks up on the automatic periodic mail check. It's fine if it receives mail when I first start TB, or if I hit F2 (or alt-F2) (before any automatic check) - then I can still exit. It only fails to close after the automatic mail check, and when that check actually receives mail. - Paul -- Using The Bat! v1.54 Beta/18 S/N FCADE557 on Windows 98 4.10 Build 67766446 A +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ Paul A. | NCBI / NIH Thiessen | [EMAIL PROTECTED] +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ -- _________________________________________________________ Archives : http://tbbeta.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Latest Beta: 1.54 beta/15 Wish List : http://wish.thebat.dutaint.com
