1. Files on FTP are not necessarily for download.

2. ... at least not for everybody.

3. Just because we know the specific server address does not make it
"public".

4. RITLabs announced some time back that only on list announced betas
are for public use.

5. Has it occurred to you that some developers of RITLabs may not be
at the same premises as others?

6. Perhaps they have two or three different circles of beta testers -
internal, closed and public?
