My suggestion is:
If F5 is undocumented - resign from F5... Ctrl-N should be
fine...

And now... here it goes:

 F5 -> Reply using "Reply-To" header + quoting
       ALL

 Ctrl-F5 -> Reply to "Sender"/"To" ignoring "Reply-To"
            header + quoting ALL

 Ctrl-Shift-F5 -> Reply to ALL Recipients + quoting ALL

 F4 -> Reply using "Reply-To" header + quoting selected. It
       might be a good idea to give an alias Ctrl-Enter
       here. Better if user could decide which one of those
       six is Ctrl-Enter responsible for.

 Ctrl-F4 -> Reply to "Sender"/"To" ignoring "Reply-To"
            header + quoting selected text.

 Ctrl-Shift-F4 -> Reply to ALL Recipients + quoting
                  selected.

Does it sound more natural?

regards,
