Seems TB! does the correct job in comparison to OE, albeit I have to
admit OE's interpretation is practical _in this situation_.
In general I'd nevertheless prefer TB!s behavior as any difference
from what RFC tells may leads to errors and/or confusion, so it might
be OE is somehow 'vulnerable' because of interpreting RFC a little
different ...
So there're two side of the medal ...
