C:\>> JP> It should work with "Connection: Regular" and "Perform SMTP JP> Authentication". Try to uncheck "require secure MD5"... I promise you I had tried it before. But I changed the connection type to regular and use POP details for authentication and it worked. Then I switched back to the correct user & pass and I could send a message. Now I am using it with a secure connection too. Hence, in short, it is a bug in The Bat!. But I couldn't find the way it exactly behaves. I say this because after having one account working, I tried from the other I use with the same SMTP server, and which already had the correct authentication info... result, it failed. I then put it all to regular and 'use settings of Mail Retrieval'... it worked; everything back to TLS and specific settings, it still worked. There is a bug somewhere there, not detecting changes to MD5's flag until you move to POP settings and go forth back to specific details, or something like that. I hope you could understand what I tried to say. Anyhow, thanks for your help, after all I got it working now :) -- Best regards, Javier Marcet mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sex is hereditary.
