*hmmm* When I want to hide The Bat! I use the shortcut I defined in
'Options' / 'Define System Hot-Keys'.
And when I want to _close_ The Bat! I use <Alt>+<F4> ... so where's
the problem? because the two tiny little icons the the upper-right
corner stick close together? That's in _every_ application using
standard controls, so you better get used to this or won't be happy
with _no_ application.

I don't know why any application that's not for protecting system
security (as AV-software and personal firewalls do) shouldn't be
closed if user pressed 'x' for _CLOSE/TERMINATE_ ...
