Did you do that???? Look at the attached screenshot. In your mail from
18:27 the � is shown correctly, although it's coded incorrectly (!):

=?ISO-8859-15?Q?Re=5B3=5D=3A_=80-Symbol_in_Subject?=

In your mail from 19:34 it's shown incorrectly, although coded correctly
(note the =A4):

=?ISO-8859-15?Q?Re=5B2=5D=3A_=A4-Symbol_in_Subject?=

What did you do between the two mails?
