Seems, I am on a kind of war path today. Sorry for that.

I know that I am the first and foremost to speak up for electronically
signing e-mail. Due to some discussions a while back I decided to not
PGP sign my messages to these lists - too many people considered it
superfluous and annoying.

PGP's advantages over S/MIME have been considered several times
(including smaller sigs), so I won't go into that again. But what
begins to unnerve me is the mass of "Invalid Signatures" with S/MIME.

Considered also that S/MIME sigs add considerable overhead to messages
(and AB's to view them correctly) could we go back to use S/MIME only
for testing purposes as was once suggested by Marck?
