The problem is that the emphasis has not been on these; it's been on a lot of new features, many of which seem to have been added at the whim of the developers. It's my feeling that multilingual support is at least as important as many of these. If proper attention were paid to these three key issues, they could be resolved and time then spent on what users really need.
