Actually, I think the kind of information which is given here in this list is simply too much for official information: E.g. if a new feature is introduced, which is buggy at the beginning, but bug free at the end, it doesn't make sense to release information like - introduced - partly fixed - functionality added - bug fix - another bug fix... but just "new feature here".
