Do You plan to solve bugreports in bugtraq before final release?
Following bugs are not in BT, I didn't added them there.
1) I backuped whole installation with registry and installed complete
new The Bat! 1.54 RC1. After installation I opened Import wizard
and imported MS Outlook Express 5.0 mailboxes. After Import was
MailTicker displayed with imported messages, but new imported OE
folders _were not_ displayed in accounts tree. When I tested import
in my normal installation, they were displayed. Please test it on
new installation.
2) User reported me problem with splitting of messages. He set 4000000
number (by mystake) as limit of suggested split size. When he sent
little message which had cca 5kB, TB split it to 37 messages with
450 Bytes size! User is a programmer and told me, this is an integer
overflow problem.
3) User has last OS Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 2 and
INTEL Pentium II 350 MHz, 400 MB RAM. When he minimize TB to
Systray, process explorer.exe takes 99% of resources and only kill
of TB solves this. I have no problem on Win98 SE CZ, it will be
Win2000 problem, I think.
4) Bug 0000448 "Messages for password protected accounts are displayed
in Connection Centre" was fixed, but I discovered similar problem.
User has password protected account and in Account properties has
checked options "Invoke Mail Dispatcher automaticaly at each mail
check" and "Allow Send/Fetch wothout entering access password".
So, if Aministrator hit Alt+F2 for receiving messages from all
mailboxes and there are new messages in mailbox, admin _will_ see
these new messages (complete) in Dispatcher.
5) When is e-mail checked by Antivirus plugin, HTML parts are not
checked. TB is not vulnerable to spread virus infection (KAK worm),
but user can send incoming virus infected message to another user
without TB installed :-)
6) TB doesn't send original name of attachment to Antivirus plugin,
it is sometimes needed.
7) Antivirus Centre doesn't check _outgoing_ messages and it is bug,
I think. User can have infected messages in computer and send them
to another user.
8) Actual Common folders Preferences system is very bad. How should
user know, where are preferences of Common folders, if they are
actually under "Account | Preferences"? And Common folders have own
Sorting Office? Setting is under "Account" menu :-(
In readme i following addition:

9) Many shortcuts in Shortcuts Editor are in _conflict_ by default.
How should new user understand, why are "some errors" in Shortcuts
Editor, if he did not changed anything?
10)When I hit "Conflicts" in Shortcuts Editor, new window with title
"Showform" is displayed. it is not possible to use keyboard for
closing this window (Esc for example). When I click to conflict
shortcut, not whole path to menu option use translated terms:
mMainmenu -> Message -> New
MessagePopup -> Create new message
"mMainmenu" should be "Main menu" and "MessagePopup" should be
"Message List Pop-up".
11)I watched readme.txt file and some of entries are not necessary,
because they inform about fix between 1.54 beta versions and not
between final version 1.53 and 1.54. Another are duplicate:
unnecessary:
[*] All DLL plug-in exported function names should start from "BAV_"
to avoid name conflicts
[*] Copy to Clipboard from RTV should be more precise now (however,
problems with quoted material can be expected)
[*] System versions/builds should be displayed more correctly
[*] URLs without protocol sepcifiers were unusable in the RTV
[-] A bug caused AV on exit on some systems? (must be checked)
[-] AV Error at startup for those who use AVP plug-in
[-] AV Error when creating a common folders filter without specifying
the destination folder
[-] It is now possible to delete the common Trash folder
[-] It was impossible to send out messages larger than 16KB over TLS.

[*] If a message is not found by opening an msgid URL, a query is
displayed
[*] Messages in the message list and message header pane
[*] National characters (not only of the current locale) are shown in
the message list and the message header if the selected font
allows it
[*] Right click on the entry list header in the address book brings
