Hopefully once GnuPG 1.0.7 is released RITLabs will begin work on an updated GnuPG Plugin. If, on the other hand they refuse to implement one, then all one has to do is continue using GPGShell, which, even if you are using Win NT/2K/XP, will provide for KeyServer access.
